What we do

Remind Coordination delivers Psychosocial Recovery Coaching and Support Coordination services to NDIS Participants in the Perth Metropolitan Area, Western Australia. 

We can support Plan Managed and Self Managed NDIS Participants. 

Services are provided in your safe space, whether that's in your home or your local community. 

Remind Coordination specialises in supporting Participants with Psychosocial Disabilities and Neurodevelopmental Disorders.

Disability Services

NDIS Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Recovery Coaches will guide you through your recovery journey. We focus on skill-building, connecting with services, collaborating with those who are important to you and achieving personal goals. We will empower you to regain control over your life and well-being.

NDIS Support Coordination

Support Coordinators will help you understand the NDIS jargon, support you in connecting with appropriate service providers and help you communicate with and navigate the NDIS.
