Who can access Remind Coordination's services?

Plan- or Self-Managed Participants who have Support Coordination and/or Psychosocial Recovery Coaching funding in their NDIS Plans. 

How does Remind Coordination assist NDIS participants?

We offer personalized coaching, helping participants navigate their NDIS plans, connect with services, and build skills for greater independence and community involvement.

Does Remind Coordination have capacity to onboard new referrals?

Yes, we currently have capacity to take on new referrals. Please note that all referrals will be carefully assessed against our experience and qualifications, to ensure we're the right fit for you.

Is Remind Coordination planning to become NDIS Registered?

Absolutely, upon onboarding you will notice that we use forms and have policies similar to those of NDIS-Registered Providers. We plan on applying to become an NDIS-Registered Provider within the first year of operating. 

What are the qualifications of the Remind Coordination Support Coordinator/Recovery Coach?

Bachelor of Science in Psychology
Master of Science in Psychology
Teacher Qualification for Secondary Education

All qualifications were obtained at Ghent University, Belgium and have been assessed by ACWA as AQF Level 9.
